Personal Use License

This Personal Use License (the "License") grants you, the Licensee, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital image(s) (the "Image(s)") for personal, non-commercial use only.

Permitted Uses:

• Personal enjoyment and viewing of the Image(s).

• Personal uses such as projects which are not intended for Commercial Use.

• Personal non-Commercial projects (i.e., wedding invitation).

Prohibited Uses:

• Commercial use of the Image(s) in any way, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, websites, apps, merchandise or products for sale.

• Modification, alteration, or creation of derivative works based on the Image(s).

• Distribution or transfer of the Image(s) to any third party.

• Use of the Image(s) in a manner that is defamatory, libelous, or infringing of any third party’s rights.

You acknowledge that the Image(s) are the copyrighted property of Abstrusely Simple Minutiae, LLC and that this License does not transfer ownership of the Image(s) to you.

Termination:

This License may be terminated by Abstrusely Simple Minutiae, LLC at any time without notice if you breach any of the terms of this License.
